Fabric lists provide all of the information you need to select fabric for your Pine Needles quilt pattern, including manufacturer, style number and color used by McKenna in the original quilt. The list also includes the individual fabric quantities required to make the quilt. Download your fabric list here, print, and use it when you shop for fabric. Please note that fabric lists for some older single and series quilts are not available. If you do not see the name of a particular quilt in the list of fabric list links below, a fabric list for that quilt is not available.

Fabric Placement When buying fabrics and placing pieces on your quilt, it helps to see the finished quilt up close. High-resolution images of many quilts are available on this web site. To view hi-resolution images, find the quilt pattern and click on "Details." If available, click on "view hi-rez image". Please note that high-resolution images are not available for all quilts.
Fabric Availability Since McKenna exclusively uses Hoffman California Fabrics, most fabrics for Pine Needles quilts will be available longer than most. However, fabric patterns still have a relatively short life compared to quilt patterns. Many of McKenna's older quilt patterns are extremely popular today, but because fabrics are sometimes "out of print," it's not always possible to find the exact fabric McKenna used. With all the wonderful fabrics available, we encourage you to ask your local Pine Needles and Hoffman Fabric retail store for assistance selecting alternative fabrics.
